‣ Detailed retouching includes precise color correction and Photoshop adjustments (face, skin, and body). Please note that we do not perform overly artificial or excessive editing.

‣ We exclusively use fresh flower bouquets for all of our photoshoots.

‣ Drone photography may be unavailable depending on weather conditions or on-site circumstances.

‣ Rescheduling due to personal reasons is permitted only twice (must be within the same calendar year).

‣ Photoshoot reservations are non-transferable.

‣ By confirming your reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to all guidelines and policies.

‣ The 4K cinematic video will be approximately 2 minutes long (duration may vary depending on the music).

‣ The FHD vertical video contains the same content as the cinematic video, edited specifically for vertical platforms (e.g., Reels, Shorts, TikTok).

‣ Individual video clips used in the main video will be provided to make it easier for you to edit additional videos later (such as for social media, proposals, or wedding pre-ceremony videos). (We would appreciate it if you tag/mention Joyhour when posting on social media ♥)

‣ For video products, no editing is possible other than color correction (e.g., body/face shaping, sky replacement, removing wrinkles on clothes, or removing beard shadows are not permitted).

‣ If you add a video package later after booking a photography session, it may be difficult to coordinate the videography schedule.

‣ The final edited video will be delivered within 60 days after you make your selection.

‣ Files will be delivered via a Dropbox link.

‣ Original files will be provided within 3–7 days after the shoot.

‣ The photo selection period is 30 days. (If there is no response within 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.)

‣ Additional retouching is $20 per photo.

‣ Rush editing is available for $300 (retouched photos will be delivered within 2 weeks after selection).

‣ The final retouched photos will be delivered within 45 days after your selection.

‣ You may request additional revisions to the retouched photos exactly once.

‣ We store the original files for 3 months, after which all files are permanently deleted. Please ensure you back up your files securely.

​a. 100% refund if canceled within 3 days of booking confirmation (excluding a $100 consultation fee and bank transfer fees).

b. 50% refund if canceled 30 days or more before the shoot date.

c. 30% refund if canceled within 30 days of the shoot date.

d. Regardless of clause 'a', no refund is possible if canceled within 2 weeks of the shoot date.

e. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after a schedule change (rescheduling).​

* If the shoot cannot take place due to a flight cancellation, a full refund is possible upon the submission of supporting documents.

* In the event of heavy rain, the date can be rescheduled. If rescheduling is impossible, a full refund will be provided. However, please note that the shoot will proceed as planned in light rain.
